Burnt Ash Hill Mansion

Our transformational project at Burnt Ash Hill, in the borough of Lewisham near Lee, provides comprehensive design proposals for the refurbishment, adaptation and careful extension of a quirky, substantial detached residence, originally built around the turn of the XX Century for the Austrian ambassador in London. The property sits within a large garden compound, well set back from the street, and enjoys expansive views of the surroundings. The design concepts work with the character, massing and materiality of the host building and develop a complementary architectural language, whilst at the same time retaining a contemporary expression.
